* How to resume recent chats across desktop and mobile

## Put it into practice

**1. Pin a resource you use often**

Find an Agent or Workflow you return to regularly and pin it to your sidebar. Organization-wide pins may require additional permissions.

**2. Organize related chats**

Create a Project for a customer, initiative, or recurring area of work, then add the relevant chats.

**3. Try global search**

Open search or use the keyboard shortcut to find an Agent, Workflow, chat, or other Cassidy resource.
