## What you'll learn

* How to create a presentation in an [Agent chat](https://docs.cassidyai.com/guides/chatting-with-an-agent.md) from meetings, research, reports, the [Knowledge Base](https://docs.cassidyai.com/knowledge-base/overview.md), or connected business systems
* How an organization default or request-specific slide template keeps presentations on-brand
* How to revise the full deck or reference one slide element in your next message
* How to present from Cassidy and export to PowerPoint, a Google Slides-compatible PowerPoint file, or PDF
* How custom slide templates are created, reviewed, published, shared, and selected as an organization default

## Put it into practice

**1. Start with trusted source material**

Open an Agent chat and provide the files, company knowledge, meeting content, or research the presentation should use. Describe the audience, purpose, and desired outcome.

**2. Choose a visual direction**

Select a slide template for the request or use your organization's default. Explain any required sections, brand rules, or visual preferences.

**3. Review and refine the deck**

Check the storyline and facts first. Then ask the Agent to revise the full presentation or select one element when you need a focused change.

**4. Present or export**

Present directly from Cassidy or export the finished deck as PowerPoint or PDF. Download the Google Slides-compatible PowerPoint option when you plan to import the deck into Google Slides.
