## What you'll learn

* How Agent Copilot turns a plain-language description into a first draft
* How instructions and model choice shape an [Agent's](/agents/overview.md) responses
* How knowledge, Connectors, Capabilities, Workflows, and Skills extend an Agent
* How to test and refine the Agent before sharing or deploying it

## Put it into practice

**1. Choose a starting point**

Open **Agents** and create a blank Agent, start from a template, or import one. For a guided start, open **Agent Copilot** and describe your use case in plain language.

**2. Review the configuration**

Check the name, description, model, and instructions. Add [Knowledge Base](/knowledge-base/overview.md) content, Connectors, or Capabilities only where the use case needs them.

**3. Test and prepare to share**

Preview realistic requests and refine the instructions. Add conversation starters that help teammates understand what to ask.
